  • How can I make an order for the first time?

Sign in with any of your social media accounts, add the products you want from our app/website to the cart and confirm the order.

  • What is the benefit of making an account with us?

In order to purchase items from our app/website you will need to log in to 5affadly. You can also review your orders history and make the same orders again by a simple click of a button. You can also save your wishlist for later preview.

  • How can I pay for my order?

Currently, we offer Cash on Delivery, POS and Online Visa/Master payment

  • Is there a minimum order?

No, but an order above 100 LE will have delivery for free for 6th of October, Sheik Zayed, and Hedeyet Ahram.

Above 200LE will have delivery for free Downtown (Dokkie, Mohandeseen and Zamalek)

Otherwise, rates between 10-12LE apply depending on the location

  • When will I receive my order?

Usually a customer will receive their order in the same day or the next day, it is based on the order time and the traffic on our app/website.

  • Which areas do you deliver to?

Currently we delivery to 6th of October, Sheik Zayed, and Hedeyet Ahram, Dokkie, Mohandeseen and Zamalek.

  • Do you have 24/7 delivery?

No, our working hours are as follows :

1. Saturday to Thursday : 10 a.m – 9 p.m.

2. Friday : 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

  • Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

If the order is still under Processing we can make amends to the order but if it is out for delivery another order has to be made. Either way, please contact us on our customer service number.

  • What if the delivery address is not correct?

You can modify your address once you log into your account. If the delivery is out, please contact us on our customer service number.

  • When and how can I cancel my order?

The only way to cancel an order is to contact us on our customer service number

  • What if the delivered products are incorrect or damaged?

We highly advise you to review the items upon receiving them at the door. However, if for any reason you were unable to review the products at the time of delivery and a certain product is incorrect or damaged, please contact us for a replacement or refund. We will initiate the required action immediately; given that, the issue is reported within 24 hours.

  • How do I get my refund?

If the initial transaction was done by Cash on Delivery, our drivers will bring you the required refund as soon as possible. If the initial transaction was done through Debit/Credit it will be refunded to the same card, If it was done through Fawry app, you will be refunded through Fawry App.

  • What is My Wishlist?

It is a list that saves all the offers you like. By clicking the heart icon in the offer page or from the quick view window, it will be saved and the heart changes color to orange.

My Wishlist serves its purpose best if you are logged in, it gets saved and can be accessed from any device across any platform.
